359 Million Dogecoin on the Move by Top Whale, Price Reacts

Dogecoin is responsible for much of the current expansion of the meme coin world. The movement started with DOGE and quickly expanded to other meme coins, such as Shiba Inu.

Nevertheless, Dogecoin’s rapid climb took off when Tesla CEO Elon Musk openly embraced it and began tweeting about it. DOGE’s price has risen with each encouraging tweet from Musk, confirming its place as one of the market’s most popular meme coins.

The rising popularity has made DOGE a whale favorite. According to the latest details from Twitter user Dogecoin Whale Alert, a top-20 DOGE wallet has moved over 359 million Dogecoin to a Binance wallet.

Over $29 million worth DOGE moved by whale

The details reveal that the top wallet moved DOGE in three separate transactions. This involved 190,840,745, 110,976,371, and 57,804,249 DOGE. At press time, the value of the DOGE moved was estimated to be around $29 million. One noteworthy thing is that the large movement of DOGE only cost the whale less than $1.

However, the movement of these large volumes hasn’t affected the price of Dogecoin. At press time, Dogecoin is trading at $0.08147, with a 0.27% rise in value over the last 24 hours.
